Why we started
Landlords were paying association fees for little more than PDFs and a phone line. We thought UK landlords deserved better: software that tracks compliance and cash flow, documents that fill themselves in, answers when you need them, and a community that actually helps.
So we built one membership that replaces the lot — and priced it at £10 a month, locked in for life for founding members.
